One could safely say ranching and hunting are in Charlie Ammann’s blood. He grew up in a Texas ranching family where his early years were spent working on 33,000 acres of their south Texas brush country ranches.
Not surprisingly, his passion for hunting runs just as deep as his love of ranches, and after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Charlie joined San Miguel where he works in ranch sales, is a senior hunting consultant and professional whitetail & wingshooting guide.
Charlie’s background in both ranching and hunting gives him a unique perspective as a ranch real estate agent. His educational background gives him an intimate understanding of south Texas soils, brush and water resources, all of which are critical parts of selecting a ranch suitable for world-class hunting.
Charlie is married to his wife Pepper, who shares his love of hunting, particularly dove hunting, and south Texas ranches.
